Q - Do I need the latest computer or special internet access for ReferCorp?
A - No you don't need the latest computer. In most cases your existing computer is more than sufficient. However, you do need internet access; with the minimum requirements being Internet Explorer 5+ and Macromedia Flash plug-in.
Q - Do I have to be in my office to access my ReferCorp account?
A - No. Being internet-based, you can access your ReferCorp account anywhere in the world via the internet.
Q - How long does it take to get access to the ReferCorp network?
A - Your ReferCorp account will be active within 24 hours of ReferCorp receiving your application and payment.
Q - Does ReferCorp comply with privacy laws?
A - Yes! ReferCorp complies with all relevant Australian Privacy Laws.
Q - Can I refer my clients to other businesses?
A - Yes! ReferCorp is designed for you to formalise the referral process between your existing business networks. Furthermore, ReferCorp enables you to rapidly grow your business network, supporting any number of businesses or relationships, sending and receiving referrals throughout your business network. All ReferCorp clients automatically have access to the ReferCorp network of business partners (available upon request).
Q - Can I market my services to associations, clubs, schools, social clubs etc?
A - Yes! ReferCorp is designed to help you grow your customer base, not only to market your services, but the services of everyone in your business network to any number of associations.
Q - Does ReferCorp offer me any products or services I can offer my clients?
A - Yes! ReferCorp has an extensive range of business partners, offering a wide range of products and services. By utilising ReferCorp's business partners you can offer your clients a one-stop-shop for all their needs. Use of this national network is completely optional and available upon request.
Q - I have a number of staff that I would like to allocate my referrals to. Does ReferCorp support this?
A - Yes! ReferCorp enables you to allocate referrals to your staff. ReferCorp provides you with full visibility of the whole referral process, from allocation of referrals to detailed reporting.
Q - I have a large organisation, with a complex hierarchy; can ReferCorp manage referrals from one team to another?
A - Absolutely! ReferCorp supports an unlimited number of organisational elements, supporting multiple teams across and down the organisation hierarchy. Extensive relationship management enables referrals to be allocated automatically throughout your organisation. Furthermore, ReferCorp provides a simple internet solution to enable your organisation to receive referrals from your business partners anywhere in the world via the World Wide Web.
Q - Is the internet safe? Can I trust ReferCorp with my customer's data?
A - Yes! ReferCorp utilises the highest possible level of data encryption, known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) whereby all data sent from your web browser to the ReferCorp Web Server is encrypted. Look for the padlock symbol in Internet Explorer to be sure that the web site is encrypted.
Q - Is my customer's data on the ReferCorp Web Server safe?
A - Yes! ReferCorp is hosted within the Fujitsu Data Centre the largest and most secure data centre in the southern hemisphere. This centre is used by data sensitive organisations such as MasterCard and the NSW Government. ReferCorp employs military level firewalls to prevent hacker intrusion. The data centre has 24 hour armed guards, biological eye scan entry and triple redundancy for all power, networks and servers. All your data is constantly backed up, so that in the event of a major catastrophe there is absolutely no loss of data.
Q - How long would it take for me and my staff to learn ReferCorp?
A - ReferCorp has created a simple user friendly interface to enable its customers to efficiently manage their referrals. Generally clients learn the system within 2 hours of reading the training manual and using the system. Of course, ReferCorp also provides online help and email support.
Q - I have an existing client database which I would like import into ReferCorp, is this possible?
A - Yes! ReferCorp provides for bulk import of referrals in a variety of formats. Contact the ReferCorp staff for further assistance with importing your data.
Q - Can I download data from ReferCorp into my client database?
A - Yes! The ReferCorp reporting system allows for reports to be saved in Excel format which can typically be exported into a format suitable for import into your client database.
